    Enel X, a leading provider of demand management and energy efficiency solutions, has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager to join our world-class Sales organization. We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual who is committed to driving change under the banner of a successful and well-respected international company.
    The Global Costumers Account Executive will be responsible for directing all efforts associated with the design and execution of a Global Customer Account Plan to ensure success in their global accounts.
    Prior experience working as a Global Account Executive in the Energy As A Service (EAAS) space is preferred prior experience directing a small team of sales resources (SE, CSM, BDA) while functioning in the individual contributor role is preferred.


    • 10+ years’ experience in energy and technology sales
    • 5+ years’ experience in global account executive role
    • Team player with strong collaboration and leadership skills
    • Experience developing relationships with C-level executives
    • Experience developing and executing global account plans
    • Experience working across country borders partnering with co-workers access the globe to deliver a single value proposition to global customers
    • Understanding of energy management ecosystem, competitors, and technologies.
    • Previous experience helping customers progress reach their energy reduction/consumption goals though a multifaceted solution
    • Track record of success working with global accounts
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with multiple decision makers, stage gates, and technical validations
    -Experience in brining disruptive and cutting edge solution to market
    -Experience Identifying product market fit and influencing Product Marketing


    • Develop long-term relationships with Global executives and decision makers in key accounts
    • Achievement of revenue targets and account development objectives.
    • Build global account plans complete with all key elements required for account penetration strategy and execution. Lead the execution of the account plan
    • Identify new opportunities across all products and services globally, independently and with the support of the global customer success manger.
    • Provide coaching and support of shared account resources to provide clear direction on account strategy.
    • Foster executive engagement and relationships between enel X and global accounts.
    • Collaborate with in country product and sales teams to leverage in market expertise and relationships and communicate global value and opportunities to global account executive sponsors
    • Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale enterprise deals across Enel’s entire product and services suite
    • Consistently deliver on projected account revenue goals and contribute to achieving our strategic growth objectives in global accounts. Accurately forecasting revenue growth in each account assigned
    • Own the complete sales-cycles up to and including presenting to C-level executives.
    • Recognized as thought leader and expert regarding the assigned global accounts.
    • Ensure overall success of the assigned Global accounts at all phases of the sales cycle (POC to global expansion)
