- BA/BS with analytical, quantitative, business, or technical focus; MBA a plus - 7-10 years of relevant experience - Proven leadership and success in a client-facing role - Ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously - Outstanding teamwork and flexibility - Passion for customer service - Excellent oral and written communications skills - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills - Creative thought leadership with record of turning ideas into action - Ability to drive efficiency gains through process improvement and automation - Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment - Experience in distributed energy resources or energy engineering
- Lead the delivery of commercial and industrial energy program(s) and support program-wide activities with internal stakeholders, including: planning, onboarding, portfolio-readiness, dispatch support, and ongoing maintenance - Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new C&I customers - Deliver regular project status reporting to provide a high degree of transparency on schedules and risks - Educate customers on program guidelines to maximize the benefits of demand response - Develop a deep understanding of customers’ site operations in order to optimize energy reduction plans - Certify high-quality contact lists and system readiness in advance of program enrollment - Manage and serve as accountable point of contact for onboarding escalations - Influence and drive internal teams to continuously improve and ensure cross-functional alignment - Provide strategic sales support on C&I deals - Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies - Draft and negotiate contract amendments - Drive initiatives to improve operations, mitigate risks and take advantage of emerging opportunities
