    Flexibility Inside Sales Manager partners with Enel X's team of world class Business Development Associates in selling our Demand Response and Battery Storage solutions to C&I customers throughout North and South America.

    About the Job: We’re looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Manager with the experience necessary to plan and execute initiatives that will drive the growth of our Demand Response and Battery Storage business. This role reports directly to the Leader of Inside Sales. 

    Qualifications

    - Bachelors degree or equivalent

    - Fast learner and comfortable with new technologies
    - Polished presenter to support roll out of high visibility initiatives
    - Great organizational skills: can put together a plan and execute it to quality and deadline
    - Track record of effectively delivering multiple and innovative projects in a fast-moving environment
    - Consummate team player first and cross-functional leader second. You go out of your way to ensure exceptional communications between yourself and your colleagues, build consensus, and lead by influence – and most importantly, execute.
    - Ability to work in a fast paced, exciting environment
    - Creativity and a sense of humor

    Responsibilities

    - Drive the achievement of weekly/quarterly leading indicator and attainment goals metrics goals.
    - Interview and hire talented new Business Development Associates.
    - Provide mentorship and focus to Business Development Associates on how to build business plans for defined territories.
    - Design and deliver training and/or analyze and improve team operational procedures.
    - Work with Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers on new business plans to identify new business opportunities and fully qualify these opportunities using defined sales process.
    - Distribute Salesforce reports and dashboards to sales organization with accurate pipeline data.
    - Work in team environment with the marketing, field regional sales managers and channel sales organization.
