We are looking for several interns to support operations that will make our Advisory Solutions sales team more efficient and productive.     Qualifications

    Requirements:
    - Detail-orientation, tenacity, and excellent self-organization skills
    - Experience with Excel. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
    - Enjoys fast-paced work, managing customer expectations, time constraints, and
    competitive situations
    - Interest in our mission of transforming the way the world uses and manages energy
    - Ideally, 6 months of full-time availability (Beginning of January through end of June, 40 hours a week)

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide high-quality support for sale and renewal transactions through responsiveness and knowledge of our contracting, systems, and sales processes
    - Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for customer-facing teams to ensure they can effectively manage their business
    - Support projects to improve systems and processes, such as testing of IT developments and helping design user interfaces for customer-facing teams
    - Maintain specific tools and systems and the underlying data quality, so these remain effective for use by our customer-facing teams
    - Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their day-to-day and use that to inform your work of ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness
