  • Overview

    Enel X, leading provider of demand response, energy procurement and energy management solutions, is in need of a Marketing Manager to join our world-class organisation. The role will focus on ensuring that global solutions and offers are implemented at local level and stimulating and growing mass demand for Enel X products and services among key decision makers in target verticals. The Marketing Manager will deliver warm leads to B2B sales, and delight customers with engaging communication throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and willingness to serve as a reference. The Marketing Manager will serve as a product advocate and articulate the value proposition of Enel X products and services in a way that resonates with customers. 


    - Minimum of B.A. or B.S. Degree
    - A minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B marketing, management consulting, or a similar role
    - Experience with Salesforce
    - Experience with marketing automation platforms


    - Ensure an end-to-end view of pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities for all solutions portfolio
    - Design and execute the marketing activities with the Global Product Line (GPL), aligned with business priorities and enabling sales to achieve their goals
    - Surface marketing qualified leads and track their influence on deals
    - Track campaigns and other activities against KPIs, optimizing where required
    - Develop customer and prospect knowledge through the analyses of market segments, competitive intelligence, and industry trends
    - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through market sizing analyses and collaboration with the B2B sales teams
    - Accelerate adoption of and enhance experience with Enel X products and services, helping customers derive additional value where possible
    - Set-up Enel X products and services pricing according global guidelines
    - Act as a knowledgeable and vocal champion for customer needs, identifying opportunities for references and case studies
    - Ensure marketing activities are GDPR compliant
    - Work closely with multiple in-field teams, including sales, account management, sales operations, and field operations to execute responsibilities
    - Collaborate with marketing colleagues within the GPL and communications team (where applicable)
