    Skills & Knowledge
    ● Understanding of utility business models, practices, and planning
    ● Knowledge of cleantech, renewables, and energy sector
    ● Excellent presentation and communication abilities
    ● Ability to assess clients’ needs and problem solve
    ● Work collaboratively across multiple groups and stakeholders
    ● Outstanding sales and closing capabilities
    ● Ability to work with utility clients to define success metrics and determine engagement and deployment strategies that fit within budget
    ● Demonstrated ability to Influence and help refine the e-Mobility business model and product designs by soliciting and gathering technical feedback from clients on existing solutions and communicate enhancements back to technical team
    ● Reputation as thought-leader in the energy industry
    ● Affiliations with industry-specific professional associations
    ● Proven track record with ability to cross-sell opportunities
    Experience required:
    ● 5+ years in the Utility Industry
    ● Established network of key contacts at segment companies/partners
    ● Extensive management and sales experience in utilities
    Physical Requirements: 30%+ travel may be required
    Education Required: Advanced degree preferred in a technical field


    ● Establish the regional utility and energy industry solutions go-to-market strategy and sales plan
    ● Build up the targeted customers list, including strategic and key accounts
    ● Develop, analyze and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure that annual and quarterly sales goals are achieved, creating and maximizing revenue opportunities with existing and new target accounts
    ● Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cold calling, presentations to customer management, selling the value of energy services business model, clarifying Enel X solutions value thru live software and hardware demos, maintaining the CRM to be up to date and accurate
    ● Coordinate account strategy with other divisions/regions of Enel X, e.g. our European headquarters on strategic accounts
    ● Coordinate appropriate resources across accounts and facilitate communications amongst internal team members to support project timelines and delivery efforts
    ● Help design industry-specific programs that maximize value of the complete e-Mobility solutions offerings in hardware, software, and services and melds clients’ needs thru assessment of business model options and various differing commissioning policies
    ● Communicate eMotorWerks and Enel X business directives, enhancements, strategic vision and help ensure client understands all offerings including ancillary services
    ● Serve as the escalation point for clients on any account issues to the e-Mobility NA team responsible for resolving the issue
    ● Provide domain expertise to assist e-Mobility enterprise direct sales reps with tactical utility company account planning focused on IoT, ES, or DR functions/departments
