  • Overview

    The Construction Management Support is responsible for all back office activities of collecting information, preparing report, supporting and monitoring the management of construction unit through adherence to procedure application, completion and submission of required reports, training of personnel, following the new hire onboarding process, rotation\assignments, and feedback analysis for continuous improvement.


    - Manage and maintain the construction unit calendar as required;
    - Create and Manage in SAP, Purchase Request, Purchase Order and Service Entry Sheet for contract management for the construction unit;
    - Be the liaison between the Travel Admin team and construction personnel, answering travel questions, assisting with problem solving for the construction employees;
    - Act on behalf of Sr. Management when directed to – including managing the approval process of travel, expense reports and/or time off requests etc;
    - Support the Head of Construction in the personnel management in activities such as expense reports, letters, meeting, catering, minute of meeting, event organization, micro contract, training, job rotation, site team definition, headcount budgeting process, unit Opex and Capex;
    - Monitoring files and retrieve documents, records and reports in company digital archive required in the construction unit;
    - Collect and analyse site information\reports monitoring: KPIs and the impact on work completion, change orders, schedule deviations and/or delays, and contract and permit availability;
    - Monitor the site management tools to optimize and improve the form\standard\data record\data analysis;
    - Support the Area Construction Manager’s and site teams in the contractor performance evaluations, both for Qualification requests and for Vendor Rating;
    - Support the editing, dissemination and training of Operational Instruction (OI) and Operational Procedures (OP) issued for the construction activities;
    - Support the construction unit in accordance with the OI and OP and collect feedback from the site to put in place the necessary actions for improvement of the management site procedures and the contracts;
    - Collaborate with Quality and Operational Excellence unit and the Construction Technical Center for the sharing and the implementation of procedures, Lesson Learned, on boarding and continuous improvement;
    - Support the management of the intercompany and external contracts in charge of Construction units;
    - Support and cooperate with the global Construction Management Support Unit.


    - Strong organizational planning skill
    - Strong customer service orientation and solving problem
    - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
    - Ability to work cross functionally with a team orientation attitude
    - Ability to work with limited supervision, to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
    - Ability to pull information from spreadsheets, analyze data from various sources, and prepare information for monthly reporting
    - Knowledgeable of purchasing, contracting and technical specifications.
    - General knowledge of environmental and safety requirements.
    - Understanding of Quality Control process
    - AA, Construction Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    - 0-2 years of Construction and/or Corporate experience
    - Travel national and international
    Valid Driver’s License and Passport
