    We are looking for a revenue-centric marketer with experience developing and deploying multi-channel campaigns to drive demand for our commercial and residential EV charging stations. This position will support sales in all verticals with a specific focus on automotive sales. 
    The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B and B2B2C demand generation for technology products.  Experience working with automotive manufacturers and developing programs to support sales to and through car dealerships is preferred.
    Demand programs will include but will not be limited to channel marketing programs, online and email marketing programs, in-person and virtual events, targeted content development, sales collateral.
     

    Responsibilities

    - Design and deploy demand generation programs across all marketing and sales channels with a focus on automotive sales
    - Work collaboratively with our Global and North American Automotive sales team to design effective sales collateral for the automotive channel
    - Work with our Online Marketing Manager and Web Development team to create automotive e-stores.
    - Collaborate with Online Manager to monitor inventory, track sales revenue and maintain sales forecasts on all automotive estores
    - Develop targeted automotive content assets
    - Manage assigned marketing budget to reach revenue goals for the automotive channel and provide support for other verticals as needed
    - Report and track marketing KPIs (demand generation metrics, revenue generation, marketing ROI, margins, etc.)
    - Build segmentation strategies and execute cross-channel marketing strategy to optimize programs
    - Leverage existing digital marketing and graphic design vendors, and recommend additional vendors as needed
    - Work closely with the Global and North American Marketing, Communications, Client Success, and Products teams to support  Enel X automotive strategy in North America
    - Investigate and test new demand generation tactics, technology, and processes to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency
    - Identify optimization opportunities, implement testing, and adjust programs to maximize marketing
    - Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our product, our target audience, and the buyer’s journey.
    - Maintain and report competitive analysis for the automotive channel
    - Develop, maintain, and execute a quarterly demand generation plan for the automotive channel
    - Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
    - Work closely with the Global and North American Sales, Communications, Client Success, and Products teams to support Enel X automotive strategy in North America
    - Investigate and test new demand generation tactics, technology, and processes to drive greater ROMI
    - Identify optimization opportunities, implement testing, and adjust programs as needed

    Qualifications

    - 5-7 years experience in marketing and advertising, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B2C.
    -
    - Experience marketing technology products (both hardware and software)
    - Comprehensive understanding of lead generation best practices and industry trends
    - Strong program management and communication skills
    - Demonstrated success working across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
    - Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
    - Analytical mindset with experience reporting on marketing attribution and funnel conversions.
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
    - Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot preferred).
    - Understanding of CRM (Salesforce experience required).
    - Positive and solutions-focused mindset
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    - Strong writing skills
