Enel X Position

Responsibilities • Interface with customer to gather and interpret quality requirements, standards, and specifications to meet customer quality requirements. • Provide customer-requested documentation. • Interface with suppliers and internal personnel to implement quality plans to meet customer quality requirements. • Assure that the quality level of the finished product meets the customer’s expectations. • Participate in MRB disposition as needed. • Work with the cross functional team to take customer failures from root cause identification through to corrective action. • Understand factory process and close gaps that can result in customer failures. • Prepare internal and supplier sites for customer audits. • Serve as lead for implementation of ISO/TS 16949 should company decide to pursue.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management with automotive customers and suppliers. - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in closely related field. - Quality Management experience in electronics assemblies used in automotive applications and manufactured by contract manufacturers. - Thorough understanding of ISO/TS16949, APQP, PPAP/FMEA, SPC, GRR, GDT, and Corrective/Preventive Action. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office cloud-based applications. - Knowledge of manufacturing and quality practices and a hands-on approach. - Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office clous-based applications
