    Enel X, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, has a need for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our world-class organization. The Talent Acquisition Intern will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Company's Human Resources Department.


    - Assisting the Recruitment team with candidate communication and interview coordination
    - Coordinating and tracking mandatory background and reference checks for New Hires
    - Processing invoices, including requests for candidate reimbursement
    - Providing onboarding support for new hires as necessary
    - Drafting New Hire, promotion and transfer offer letters
    - Managing confidential HR Personnel Files and I-9 Forms
    - Assisting with New Hire Orientation
    - Entering and tracking HR data as necessary
    - Performing general administrative responsibilities in support of the HR team
    - Planning activities for the summer Internship Program
    - Assisting the HR Business Partner team with ad hoc projects and tasks
    - Performing other duties as required


    - Be pursuing their bachelor's degree or have recently completed it
    - Have a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
    - Balance a sense of urgency with innate resourcefulness when solving problems
    - Be a great team player in addition to working well independently
    - Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude
    - Be highly organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail
    - Keep a strong internal and external customer focus
