    The successful candidate is an fleet management expert who is responsible for fostering growth and sales bookings for EV charging stations for Mid-Market and National fleets.  You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, aggressive in finding and closing business and experienced with complex sales.
    - Qualify and close sales from an extensive sales funnel with continuous quarterly improvement across all sales performance metrics
    - Create trusted and high integrity relationships with current clients, prospects, partners and key influencers across the defined territory
    - Develop account plans and coordinate strategy with other divisions/regions of Enel X
    - Work with Marketing to identify and execute on commercial lead generation campaigns
    - Maintain salesforce.com and keep management and other stakeholders apprised of pipeline health


    - Minimum of B.A. or B.S. undergraduate degree required
    - 6-8 years minimum work experience in automobile and light-duty fleet sales
    - A proven record of sales results, meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual sales goals and financial metrics
    - Ability to demonstrate value to C-level executives, as well as interact with other key influencers such as transportation, finance, facility managers and engineers
    - Self-motivated, independent problem solver and creative thinker with exceptional follow through and the highest levels of integrity
    - An assertive mentality, strong negotiation skills, a sense of initiative, and drive to exceed goals
    - A self-starter who requires limited supervision
    - Ability to accurately forecast deal timelines
    - Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    - Travel required
    Desired Qualifications
    - A strong understanding of corporate buying cycles and a “rolodex” of relationships with C-level decision-makers
    - Understanding of e-mobility and energy market business models, practices, and direction
    - Technical background preferred
    - Experience selling complex projects using service, lease, and capital expenditure financing methods
    - Ability to sell within the framework of a mainstream sales methodology
    - Demonstrated personal quota attainment in a new product category
    - Preference for large account experience at firms like Enterprise Fleet Management, Donlen, Union Leasing, etc.
